Shipping and Returns

Shipping Policy
Free Shipping is available on selected items shipping to the continental United States. Free Shipping is not available to AK, HI, APO/FPO or Canada. To inquire about shipping outside of the continental United States, please contact us. Products are drop-shipped from Copperfield Chimney Supply and your order will be placed with them immediately upon Shopify clearing your payment. In-stock items ship within 48hrs, but inventory changes daily. If you need something immediately please contact us first so that we can reach out to Copperfield and confirm availability. 

Return Policy
Cheap Chimney will accept returns of undamaged or unused items up to 15 days from product delivery date. We do not accept returns on custom made parts, oval, square, rectangle or smooth wall chimney liners or any damaged parts. Return shipping charges will be paid for by the customer unless Cheap Chimney is at fault. All returned items will incur a 25% restocking fee. All items received by the customer that are damaged in shipment will be handled by the customer service department. In order to return any unused and undamaged items you will need a return authorization. Please email info@cheapchimney.com and state the reason for return and PO number in your email and a RA number will be issued promptly.

Cancellation Policy
Cheap Chimney will only accept a cancellation of an order if the order has not shipped, if the order has shipped it will be up to the customer to return the item at their expense and a 25% restocking fee will be applied. Once the item is returned please allow 3-5 days for package inspection and your refund to process. To cancel an order please call or email us at info@cheapchimney.com.

All returns must be authorized in writing prior to return shipping.
